HI Amy,
While there’s no way to confirm this without an expensive test, you may be right. The plant shows the typical mottled yellow patterns on leaves and has misshapen and cupped leaves.
The best thing to do is remove and destroy the plant. Since you live in Hennepin County, where most garbage goes to the burner, bag the plant and put it in the garbage. Watch the other nearby plant for similar symptoms and separate it from your other tomatoes.
Here’s good page on mosaic viruses in tomatoes. Note that you need to sterilize any tools you’ve used on this plant and also sterilize the pot. The soil should be disposed of with the plant.
