What is this beetle? I caught 10 in my home today and a few landed on my skin.

Thank you for contacting Extension with your question. It appears to be a beetle in the family Coleoptera. There are many different kinds of beetles in this grouping and we would need to see the specimen in order to correctly identify it. The Plant Clinic is located at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds and is open Tues - Fri from 8:00 to 5:00. There is a fee associated with this service.
