Neither of these two plants look completely healthy. However, there might be various causes. These range from insect infestation to environmental effects (too little watering or too much watering) to bacterial/viral/fungal infections. For this reason, we cannot provide confirmation that the plants are “diseased”, since that designation would only cover certain causes.
We suggest that you seek replacement simply on the grounds that they do not have normal appearances and do not appear healthy.
