Happened to find a strange looking "bee/ hornet/wasp near our back door. Took a picture of it and Google ID'ed it as Milesia crabroniformis. There doesn't seem to be a lot of info online about it except it does not seem to be native to Ohio or the US for that matter. There appeared to be pair of them. I'm in Gallia county near the town of Bidwell. ( I did run the search twice with two different pictures with the same result.)
