I captured this crawling around my mattress. I saw no visible signs of bed bug infestation when I investigated. This doesn't really look like any of the pictures I've seen on Google matching bed bugs at any stage of development. Could this be a larder beetle?

The picture isn’t clear enough for an identification. It does not look like a bed bug. It may be a carpet beetle. Check around your house for more insects, shells, droppings or chewed holes. if you find any, you can go from there.
