whats eating my apple tree leaves? #875936

I did spray twice with Neem oil, tough when it can't stay on due to all the rainfall. Have yet to catch or see what it is, frustrating. got any ideas, pics included of leaves

We don't know what's been eating the leaves, but suspect caterpillars of some kind.

In any case, the damage appears to be minor and of no consequence unless it is extensive or increases significantly.  Based upon what we can see, the damage seems not to be recent.  This might explain why you haven't seen the pest.
