Taste is a matter of personal preference. There is no single "best tasting" cherry tomato. Depends what size plant, fruit acidity, etc. Try a few (with disease resistance) and see what you prefer. It may come down to what's available as seedlings to purchase. Use well-drained soil in a sunny location and if in a container, use new potting soil after cleaning the container (be sure it has drainage holes) and water when dry. Look at catalogs specializing in tomatoes and perhaps some mid Atlantic - Extension, YouTube or websites sites and read about the cherry tomatoes and then see what's available locally as seedlings.
