Will a water bottle that came in contact with poison ivy come clean in the dishwasher? I ran it on the hot/sanitize/dry cycle. I'm concerned I just spread urushiol to all my other dishes.

It should come clean as long as you had dish detergent in there. The soap can help lift the urishiol from surfaces and then the repeated rinses should wash it away.
If you are still concerned you could run the entire load in the dishwasher a second time as a precaution.
