Mushroom farm requirements #875853

Hello, I am working with a startup that is building out a culinary mushroom farm in Independence, OR. We are trying to nail down all the certifications and licenses we are going to need in order to operate. The one that I have the least clarity on is licensing from the ODA. What kind of license do we need, what are the requirements, and where would we put in the application for it? I searched the ODA's website and was unable to find a clear answer.
