Expert Response

Greetings,

Here is information from the Oregon Invasive Species Network: https://www.oregoninvasivespeciescouncil.org/info-network

Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife, Oregon Department of Agriculture and your local Soil and Water Conservation Districts all work together (with others) to address invasive species.

What is your goal? What kind of support specifically are you looking for?

There is an invasive species, russian thistle, growing at a public lot on the corner of Mallard St. and Game Farm Rd. in Springfield.  It needs to be addressed or it will spread disastrously into the surrounding neighborhoods.
