What are these bugs? #875771

I found these 2 bugs in my backyard.

This is a 2 spotted stink bug. They are one of the few predatory stink bugs, and you should leave them alone since it's free pest control!

I'm not sure what the white is. It could be a wax secretion from an insect or it could be a non-living item.
