Hi Holli,
I'm sorry but I can't tell you which spider that is. It is not one of the common spiders that I can ID easily from a photo and I can't see enough detail in the photo to be able to key it out.
If you are really interested and can catch one of those, you could send it to us for ID at the OSU Plant Clinic. If you'd like to do that, here is a link to instructions for submitting a sample...
