Selling a cottage law product in stores #875678

Asked July 02, 2024, 1:54 PM EDT

Good afternoon, I sell homemade pizza/pasta sauce that I make in my home. I have been asked by a business to sell my product in their store. To do that I know I need a license of some sort but am not sure what to do. Also, my product contains canned tomatoes and corn, but also has fresh onion and garlic. Does it need to be refrigerated? I have been selling it that way but I don't know for sure how to preserve it to last longer. I'll attach the ingredients to the email. In a nutshell, I want to make sure the product is absolutely safe if not refrigerated and what to do to be able to sell in a retail store. The information I've looked up is a little confusing. ANY help is very much appreciated! Thanks!
