How do you suggest to get rid of voles. #875581

We have signs of voles in our yard and in our neighborhood….small tuffs of turf with a quarter sized shallow hole underneath. I’ve tried MoleMax but the castor oil based spray doesn’t seem to work. I read online that putting blood meal in holes works and have just started that. Any other suggestions?
