Good morning, I have two rows of healthy jalapeno peppers, the large variety but then had one to wilt overnight so after I decided it was going to die I pulled it looking for a culprit but nothing except some whits looking mold on the stem just under the ground. Since that first one I’ve pulled 8 plants and more wilting. I’ve tried insecticides and even tried epson salt on the sick ones. But nothing seems to help.

It actually looks like damping off. That is common with new seedlings although these are mature plants. It possibly is a blight: https://extension.umn.edu/vegetables/growing-garlic
I do notice that your soil appears hard and cracked. It is possible you are planting in clay and the amount of rain has caused the problem. The moisture is not draining and the underground roots are simply getting moldy.
