I have six plum trees all clustered together. One of the six is covered with these beetles, while the rest seem to have none. There's also a cucumber magnolia that's covered with them. They are about the size of a sesame seed and scurry around on the leaves, but they don't seem to be eating them.

Hi Pat,
One of the pictures will not open and the other is a bit too far away. Are you able to get closer pics? We need to ask the bug expert but they will need something better to make a determination.
