Hi Experts,
I'm planning to start a garden and would love to know which flowers thrive best in Alabama's climate. Can you suggest some varieties that are well-suited for this region?
Also, I've been using https://flowersname.co to learn more about different flower names and their characteristics. It's been really helpful, and I thought some of you might find it useful too.
Thanks in advance for your advice!

Good morning,
Not knowing your plant hardiness zone, I can't say for certain which plants will thrive in your area. A few good resources for finding plants for your area are listed below:
Plant Finder (missouribotanicalgarden.org)
Native Plants of North America - Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center
Carolina Yards: Plant Database (clemson.edu)
This link will help you determine which hardiness zone you are in. Most likely you will be zone 9 or higher, I'd think something similar to Hawaii.
