Contact the Minnesota Department of Agriculture and/or The Department of Natural Resources for regulations on insects in this state.
If possible could I see a list of podagrion wasps in Minnesota if you find anything
Oops I just realized I spelled it wrong its a podagrion wasp they are also called podagrion mantis but I do not have a closeup unfortunately but I will go check out those sites thank you

Your person should contact the source they bought the wasps from for release information.
Ok I will ask them to do that thank you. If its ok I also have another question. I am curious on the species of weevil this is since I couldn't find any that looked like it with those markings.
