When is the next class? I have waited years to try to get into a class so I can become a MFP. So frustrating to live so close yet not be able to accomplish this. I would love to do this not only for myself but for others as well. Would see the more certified people the more classes for food preservation could be offered. Anyway, can you help me??

Hello, and thanks for your interest in the MFP program! The next scheduled MFP training from Oregon State University Extension Service will be in the spring of 2025, and we are currently finalizing which county Extension offices will be able to offer the training. If you let me know where you are located, I can connect you with your closest program coordinator.
