We are experiencing a box elder bug infestation. We have tried home remedies (water/soap and essential oils) with no luck.
Any ideas on how to cure this creepy problem?

Michigan has experienced large numbers of boxelder bugs in recent years. They are more prevalent when the previous summer is dry and the next year's spring is very wet. They feed on flowers and female boxelder tree seed pods. They are mostly nuisance pests as they don't do much damage to trees, wood, cloth, and food products.
