I have black and yellow spots on my climbing rose bush. I have tried a product, but it seems to have made it worse, or it just didn't help at all and it's taking over the leaves. I have a picture and what I have used on it. I have only used this product once about 3 weeks ago.

Viruses are not "alive", so the treatment you applied won't do any good. The virus won't spread to other plants. It probably came with the plant from the nursery in which it grew. I hope this is helpful. Good luck
