tips of liriope yellow #874952

My liriope is turning yellow at the tips and moving down the leaf. can you tell me what that is and how to stop it? It is on all my liriope along my walkway now.

Good afternoon,
The leaves yellowing from the tips back resemble nitrogen deficiency. When was the last time you fertilized? Also, how often are you irrigating?
