Asian pears #874902

I have a own farm 23 acres in NJ

Starting this week, end of June, I found out a lot of Asian pears have the picture problems. Is this frozen damage? Boron deficiency ? Insects? Fungicide? Lack of vitamin? Or something else?

We want to prevent in next year
