Last year I had mealy bugs on maple trees that went through house screens and killed all my soft-stemmed plants. I was told the mealy bugs were out because of the drought. This week I see that I again have mealy bugs on my outside plants, and it certainly can't be from drought. What can I spray on my outdoor plants/trees to kill mealy bugs.
