I water it normally like my other tomato plants but this purple tomato plant is in sad shape. What is causing it to do this?

I water it normally like my other tomato plants but this purple tomato plant is in sad shape. What is causing it to do this?

The leaf rolling on your tomato indicates heat stress.
Not only is the weather very hot and dry, but there is reflected heat where it is planted near the sidewalk. This can also limit the available root area for some of the plant.
Water it deeply to keep it hydrated and give it some fertilizer after it is looking happy again.
