Grape leaf anemone problem #874657

The stand grape leaf anemone in my garden have had this leaf damage for the last three growing season. Growth has been reduced. Other types of perennials  pickup » the same problem if planted adjacent to the anemone. Any suggestions on treating this?

My guess would be four-lined plant bugs. I see their feeding marks on several of the leaves in your photos. They will be mostly moving on now, so there is not much need for control at this point. Read here to prepare for next season:
