My perfectly healthy bush tree for many many years, has developed these brown color ends \ branches very recently. This is about 10ft or so, gets good sunlight, and I do not spray any chemicals. Appreciate any help to save this tree. Thank you

We can't say exactly what the issue is but the rest of the plant looks well by evidence of lots of new green growth tips put on this season.
We suggest for now just pruning out the brown limb.
It looks like the thinning on lower branches may be deer-browse related or perhaps due to shading?
If your deer pressure isn't high (are you seeing multiples in the yard daily?) you could try fencing the lower portion of the tree to allow it to fill in the bare spots.
