Based on your question, I'm wondering if you are a Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) client with the Housing Commission?  If yes, they require two certificates, one for Homeownership Education and one for Financial Capability/Money Management Education. They also require some home maintenance classes from Home Repair Services as well.
