Fungus on leaves #874457

We are getting some fungus on our tree out front and also in the yard with some mushroom growth. What steps should we take to solve both issues. Thank you.

Thank you for contacting the U of M Extension Service. 

With all the rain we've had and the high humidity, fungal diseases are appearing.
