I am seeing 2 unusual weeds
one with 6 leaves on it and when i pull it out it has red roots structure on it
it appears to be a succulent
the second one could be rag weed but i am not sure

The leaves coming up from your evergreen are probably elm or black walnut. It is a volunteer trash tree and dig it out. I don't know what the plants in the other photo are. However, if you didn't plant them, then dig them out. You could try taking one of the plants to a garden center to see if they can identify.
