We cannot recommend fertilizers by brand name. Just look for a fertilizer with the same numbers. Your test reports say 10-0-0. That means any all nitrogen fertilizer.
Should I focus on one with ammonium sulfate or does that not matter?

"The primary use of ammonium sulfate is as a fertilizer for alkaline soils. In the soil, the ammonium ion is released and forms a small amount of acid, lowering the pH balance of the soil, while contributing essential nitrogen for plant growth."
Your report has pH of 7.1 and 7.3 which are in the neutral range, which is good. Buy fertilizer as close to the 10-0-0 as you can find. Ammonium sulfate might make your soil slightly more acid, but is not necessary.
