This web page says that fire blight is the disease that pears are likely to have. Your picture does not match up with that description, unless your symptoms are a very early stage.

I recommend submitting leaf samples to the Plant Disease Center for a definite diagnosis. Then go on line for suggested treatments. There is a cost for this service.
