It may be black nightshade (Solanum nigrum) which is commonly found in Delaware. It can be found in disturbed areas, gardens, and unused fields throughout the state.

It is toxic and can cause serious health problems if ingested. The berries, leaves, and stems all contain solanine, a toxin that can cause symptoms like nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and dizziness.
