I'm sorry but as a MGVs, we cannot recommend specific stores or websites/nurseries from which to buy.
Ohio Native Plan is a non-profit organization that works to promote native plants. They have a list of growers recommended by their members (and also post lots of good info).

You can also read up and decide what type of meadow you want.
ODNR has great native plant lists. There are many different categories such as Spring, Summer, Field and Prairie, etc. that could help you determine what type of meadow you'd eventually establish.
