Looking for a little help determining what this weed is, and what may get rid of it.

It is hard to say from the photos, grass id is difficult from pictures. It looks like maybe orchardgrass? Controlling weedy grass in home lawns is difficult because there are not really any herbicide options. You can dig out the clumps and re-seed or spot-treat with glyphosate and re-seed.
