Over the last 1-2 weeks, i noticed at least 3 moths as seen in pics attached. They are in/around the tree in front of my apartment. The tree is not doing well whatsoever. Is this an invasive moth and is it killing the tree? I have a 21 second video that shows it better but cannot attach.. It’s not the easiest to photograph.

The trees issues are independent of this butterfly. I suspect this is a spicebush swallowtail.
