Willow trunk damaged 2 yrs ago by deer. Leaves spotting black. What to do! Thank you.

Unfortunately there is nothing to be done to cure or treat a bark wound. Trees can survive a lot of damage. One feature of willow is that a willow cutting can start a new tree.
