Try using the balled and burlaped method in this bulletin. You have time to root prune now and transplant in mid to late summer.

Read each step carefully, following the suggestions for sizing the root ball, planting depth, mulching and watering.
You may want to invest in some “rose gauntlets” for the job, since you have so many. 100% of transplants don’t always survive. It depends on health of the plants, after-care, root survival and suitability of the new location.
