I am not aware of any official Ask Extension seed sourcing program and am not able to endorse any commercial seed company or nursery.
Having said that, perhaps there is a civic garden or public conservatory in your area that may be able to provide the seeds you are seeking.
I am located in Hamilton County Ohio.
In my area, I would check with Krohn Conservatory or The Civic Garden Center.
Do you have any of these type of organizations in your area?
