I have a large linden tree that has aphids. I would like to use neem oil but I need the power of a garden hose to reach the branches. Can I use neem oil concentrate in a hose end sprayer? How do I know what concentration to use?

That is possible. It's best to use warm water and an emulsifier for the neem solution. Usually about 1 - 2 Tablespoons of oil to 1 gallon of water is effective. Check the label on the neem container for exact recommendations.
