This grass seed is artificially colored (green) and treated with fungicide. Could planting this be harmful to birds such as robins and finches who frequent the area?

Sara,
There are a number of different fungicides which can be used as seed coatings. Would you be able to take a photo or two of the bag and send it to me? There should be a section with an active ingredient(s) listed. That'd be the detail I need to look up potential issues for birds.
