Echinacea disease #873722

I tried to identifylthis from the website, I could only find powdery mildew and septoria leaf spot, neither of these show twisting of the leaves. I would appreciate your help? thanks so much!

It could be caused by too much water or aster yellows. To get a diagnosis samples can be sent to the plant disease clinic. There is a fee.

If it is aster yellows the flowers will be distorted.
