Michigan Cherry Tree Problem #873698

My cherry tree, which has always been an excellant producer, has some sort of blight and is not producing near as many cherry's this year. I would like to find out what it has and how to cure it. How can I get help from you. I went to my local office in Port Huron with some branches but they told me they no longer accept this kind of thing any longer Appreciate any help you can give us.
