A volunteer found this growing at Bird TLC in Anchorage, AK. We aren't sure if it's poison hemlock or another plant that looks like it. We also couldn't find definitive information on if poison hemlock lives in Alaska.

I also see conflicting reports of whether or not it's been found in AK
We do have Water Hemlock in Alaska, which is poisonous, but also, does not look like your plant as pictured. https://www.wikihow.com/Identify-Water-Hemlock
It looks most like Anthriscus sylvestris "Cow parsley" to me, but as we are seeing, it is a classic "look-alike" and it is wise to steer clear unless you have an expert tight there to walk you through differentiating the plants.
