In NY state the Cornell Food Venture Center approved freezing & vacuum packing plant foods & sauces for Freezer Meal kit production in NY home & community kitchens. For over fifteen years I used this process to train others in NY using ppt slides & approved recipes. Who might be interested in this work that I would like to share?
