I planted my green beans. They were doing great then yesterday we notice leaves with holes. We then saw this small bug. Neem did not work. They are increasing in numbers. What can I do?

In the meantime, I would refrain from applying any remedy (such as neem), because you may inadvertently harm beneficial insects such as predators whose populations tend to rise more a few days after the pest species increase in numbers.
