Spots on Superbells calibrachoa #873506

Asked June 17, 2024, 5:39 PM EDT

Could you tell me what to treat my annual Superbells calibrachoa with? They have started developing brown spots on the leaves. Thank you

Clinton County Michigan

Expert Response

The spots may be caused by over watering or water not drying on the leaves. Water carefully at the soil level. Check the soil for drainage.
The zones for the calibrachoan are 9, 1o and 11. These zones are warmer than Michigan.
Submit some leaves to the extension office to rule out fungus cause by too much humidity/water.
