Tiny Red bugs(spiders?) #873431

I have a square foot vegetable garden that is covered with these tiny red bugs!!! The garden has just started taking off and I don’t want to spray anything harmful! What are they and how do I get rid of them?!

Clover mites (microscopic) and boxelder bugs are two that could fit the description. Neither require control or damage the gardens. Take a look at both to see if those are what you've found. If not, please send a photo.
