The National Garden Association has a data base which you can assess by clicking here. If you enter the dogwood cultivar name into the search box, say Dogwood Aurora, you will see a thumbnail and then if you click on the name, you will get a table ofgeneral plant information for this cultivar. If you repeat the operation for the other cultivars of interest, you will be able to compare them.
The Rutgers University Office of Research has descriptions of several cultivars. Once you click on the image of a cultivar, you will find a page and a link to the strengths and qualities of the cultivar.
Thank you for your question.
