WilliamBaffin Bose next to house in full sun most of day and full shade early morning and late afternoon has dried looking leaves but not every where. I have another William Baffin 100 feet away without problems.

It looks like damage from the Roseslug Sawfly;

I would thoroughly spray your bush with insecticidal soap morning and evening. I would also onitor your other bush for any signs of them.
